Located a five-minute walk from Minerva Works is Junction Works, a historical Canal & River Trust Office grade-II listed building and future home of Grand Union.
Grand Union is working with artist duo Cooking Sections to take over the façade and windows of Junction Works with new commissions and existing works. Visit the rolling programme of visual and sound installations facing Fazeley Street, the railway and the canal, which are activating the site during the construction process. The series of works uncovers Birmingham’s past and present relationship to Empire through culinary, chemical, cultural and agricultural extractions, inventions and interventions.
