Sampad joins with Eastside Projects for Birmingham Weekender in Digbeth.

Pop-up solos and duets performed by percussionist Bernhard Schimpelsberger and guests between 12-3pm will fill Kanteen with the sound of contemporary South Asian and World music.

Later in the afternoon Bernhard Schimpelsberger performs live at Eastside Projects, responding to film-maker Ravi Deepres’ mesmeric images emanating from his visit to India.

The evening kicks off with a live set at Eastside Projects with the unique sound that is Kefaya and Elaha Soroor. Led by guitarist Giuliano Modarelli and keyboard player, Al MacSween, and with them a collective of artists from across the globe.
